Trackit — Gizlilik Politikası

1. Topladığımız veriler

Hiçbiri. Trackit'in bir sunucusu yoktur ve uygulama hiçbir sunucuya veri göndermez. Adınızı, e-postanızı, telefon numaranızı veya konumunuzu istemez; kimliğinizi belirleyecek herhangi bir bilgi toplamaz.

2. Uygulamanın telefonunuzda tuttuğu bilgiler

Uygulamanın çalışabilmesi için girdiğiniz veriler cihazınızın kendi depolama alanında saklanır. Bunlar bize gönderilmez; onlara erişimimiz yoktur:

• Eklediğiniz düzenli ödemeler (ad, tutar, ödeme günü, kategori, notlar)
• Girdiğiniz günlük harcamalar (tutar, tarih, kategori ve isteğe bağlı olarak açıklama, ödeme yöntemi ve not)
• Gerçekleşmiş ödeme geçmişiniz ve fiyat değişim kayıtları
• Kendi oluşturduğunuz kategoriler
• Belirlediğiniz bütçe
• Ödeme yöntemi olarak yazdığınız etiketler
• Uygulama içi bildirim akışınız
• Tercihleriniz: dil, para birimi, bildirim ayarları ve hitap adınız

Bu veriler cihazınızdaki bir veritabanı dosyasında ve uygulama ayarlarında tutulur. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde bu verilerin tamamı cihazınızdan silinir.

Kart bilgisi istenmez

"Ödeme yöntemi" alanı yalnızca sizin tanımanız için yazdığınız bir etiketten ("Kredi kartım" gibi) ve isteğe bağlı olarak kartın son dört hanesinden ibarettir. Kart numarası, CVV veya son kullanma tarihi ne istenir ne saklanır. Uygulama hiçbir ödeme işlemi yapmaz.

3. Yapmadıklarımız

• Hesap açtırmıyoruz; giriş yapmanız gerekmiyor.
• Reklam göstermiyoruz ve reklam ağı kullanmıyoruz.
• Analitik, çökme raporlama veya kullanım ölçümü aracı kullanmıyoruz.
• Sizi uygulamalar veya siteler arasında takip etmiyoruz.
• Mesajlarınızı (SMS) okumuyoruz.
• Bankanıza veya herhangi bir finansal kuruma bağlanmıyoruz.
• Verilerinizi kimseye satmıyor, paylaşmıyor veya devretmiyoruz.

4. Bildirimler

Ödeme hatırlatmaları ve bütçe uyarıları cihazınızda üretilir ve yalnızca cihazınızda planlanır (yerel bildirim). Uzaktan bildirim (push) kullanılmaz; uygulama bildirim jetonu istemez ve hiçbir bildirim sunucusu ile iletişim kurmaz. Bildirim iznini reddederseniz uygulama diğer tüm özellikleriyle çalışmaya devam eder.

5. Yedekleme ve dışa aktarma

Verilerinizi tek bir dosyaya aktarabilirsiniz. Bu dosya siz istediğinizde oluşturulur ve nereye kaydedileceğine siz karar verirsiniz (iCloud Drive, Dosyalar, e-posta, mesajlaşma uygulaması vb.). Dosya bize gönderilmez.

Dosyayı kaydettiğiniz yerden sonrası, o hizmetin kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir. Yedek dosyanız tüm ödeme ve harcamalarınızı düz metin olarak içerir; paylaştığınız yeri buna göre seçin.

6. Verilerinizi silme

İki yolu var: uygulama içinden Ayarlar → Verilerim ve yedek → Tüm verileri sil, ya da uygulamayı telefonunuzdan kaldırmak. Her iki durumda da veriler cihazınızdan kalıcı olarak silinir. Bizde herhangi bir kopya bulunmadığı için silmemizi talep edebileceğiniz bir veri yoktur.

7. Çocukların gizliliği

Uygulama hiç kimseden veri toplamadığı için çocuklardan da veri toplamaz.

8. Üçüncü taraf bileşenler

Uygulama açık kaynaklı yazılım bileşenleri kullanır (React Native, Expo ve ilgili kütüphaneler). Bu bileşenler uygulama içinde yalnızca arayüz, yerel veri tabanı ve yerel bildirim işlevleri için kullanılır; hiçbiri veri toplama veya reklam amacı taşımaz.

Uygulamada gösterilen marka logoları ilgili şirketlerin tescilli markalarıdır ve yalnızca takip ettiğiniz servisi tanımanız için kullanılır. Trackit bu şirketlerle ilişkili değildir ve onlarla veri paylaşmaz.

9. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Politika değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi değiştirilir. Uygulamanın veri toplamaya başlaması gibi esaslı bir değişiklik olursa bu, uygulama içinde de açıkça duyurulur.

Trackit — Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

None. Trackit has no server and sends no data anywhere. It does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or location, and it collects no information that could identify you.

2. What the app stores on your phone

For the app to work, what you enter is saved in your device's own storage. It is not transmitted to us and we cannot access it:

• The recurring payments you add (name, amount, due date, category, notes)
• The everyday expenses you enter (amount, date, category and, optionally, a description, payment method and note)
• Your payment history and price-change records
• Categories you create yourself
• Any budget you set
• The labels you type for payment methods
• Your in-app notification feed
• Your preferences: language, currency, notification settings and display name

This data lives in a database file on your device. Deleting the app removes all of it.

No card details

The "payment method" field is only a label you write for your own reference (such as "My credit card") plus, optionally, the last four digits of a card. Card numbers, CVV and expiry dates are never requested or stored. The app processes no payments.

3. What we don't do

• No accounts — you never sign in.
• No ads and no advertising networks.
• No analytics, crash reporting or usage measurement.
• No tracking across apps or websites.
• We do not read your text messages.
• We do not connect to your bank or any financial institution.
• We never sell, share or transfer your data.

4. Notifications

Payment reminders and budget alerts are generated and scheduled on your device (local notifications). Push notifications are not used: the app never requests a notification token and never contacts a notification server. If you decline notification permission, everything else keeps working.

5. Backup and export

You can export your data to a single file. The file is created only when you ask for it, and you choose where it goes (iCloud Drive, Files, email, a messaging app and so on). It is never sent to us.

Once saved elsewhere, that destination's own privacy policy applies. The backup contains all of your payments and expenses in plain text, so choose where you share it accordingly.

6. Deleting your data

Two ways: in the app, Settings → Data and backup → Delete all data, or simply uninstall the app. Either removes the data permanently from your device. Because we hold no copy, there is nothing for you to ask us to delete.

7. Children's privacy

The app collects no data from anyone, and therefore none from children.

8. Third-party components

The app is built with open-source components (React Native, Expo and related libraries). They are used only for the interface, local database and local notifications; none of them collect data or serve ads.

Brand logos shown in the app are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only so you can recognise the service you are tracking. Trackit is not affiliated with these companies and shares no data with them.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, this page is updated and the "last updated" date above changes with it. Any material change — such as the app beginning to collect data — would also be announced clearly inside the app.
